What is an Internal Reproduction Only (IRO) License?
Our exclusive Internal Reproduction Only (IRO) License provides our customers with the opportunity to re-print and re-use our products for a fraction of the normal hard copy price! Our IRO License authorizes you the unlimited ability to print, distribute and use our products over and over again (within your organization only), for ONE FULL YEAR.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. How much does an IRO cost?
   For the sake of simplicity, all IRO licenses are priced at $199.95. This price equals the cost of purchasing 20 hard copy White Papers/Job Aids or 10 hard copy Assessment Instruments. Copies made beyond those numbers are FREE for you!
2. What products are available as an IRO?
   All of our White Papers, Color Job Aids, Assessment Instruments and Templates are available as IRO products. Look for product codes that end in -IRO to determine.
3. Do I have to renew my license to continue using the products?
   Yes, at the end of one year, you will have to renew your license or stop utilizing the products.
4. For whom can I use your products with?
   The IRO license authorizes you to use our products ONLY within your organization.
5. What benefits does the IRO license give me?
   With the purchase of an IRO license, you are free to reprint, use and distribute our products again and again (within your organization only), as much as you need without having to pay for additional copies or shipping charges.
6. How are products provided to me?
   Each product is emailed to you in Adobe PDF form.
7. Do I need a specific size or type of paper to print materials?
   No. All products are optimized to print on regular 8.5x11 copy paper.
8. Do I have to pay for shipping and handling charges?
   No! Delivering products electronically means no shipping and handling charges, as well as minimal wait time.
9. Will I be notified when my one year license has expired?
   Yes, you will receive a notification from Systems Thinking Press when it is time to renew.
10. Do you have an easy way to purchase an IRO license for all products?
    Yes, Systems Thinking Press offers an AMI-MACRO CD - a complete collection of all White Papers, Color Job Aids, Assessment Instruments and Templates. The AMI-MACRO CD is also a one year licensed product and is provided only on CD-ROM.
11. Does the IRO license permit removing the copyright and company logo?
    NO. The IRO license requires that all Systems Thinking Press/Haines Centre for Strategic Management copyright and logo information must stay on the documents at all times.
12. Am I allowed to re-sell these products to my customers?
